Privacy Policy
Last updated July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Unasystems ("Unasystems", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use unasystems.com, the Unasystems platform, and related services (together, the "Service"). It also describes, in detail, how we access and use data from your Google account when you choose to connect Google services.
By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Unasystems provides an autonomous website and search-engine-optimization platform for local service businesses. We build and host your website, and our automated agents research keywords, publish content, monitor search rankings, and — when you permit it — help manage your Google Business Profile.
This policy applies to business owners and their authorized users ("you"), and to visitors of the websites we host on your behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, password, and business contact details when you register.
- Business profile — the services, locations, hours, pricing, credentials, and media you enter or import so our agents can build and optimize your site.
- Form submissions — messages and contact details submitted through forms on the sites we host, which we pass to you as the site owner.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
- Connected Google account data — when you connect Google, we access the specific data described in Sections 4 to 6 below.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- Build, publish, and continuously optimize your website and content.
- Generate performance reports and send you account and service notices.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Connecting your Google account
Connecting a Google account is optional. When you choose to connect, you authorize Unasystems through Google’s OAuth 2.0 consent screen, where you can review and untick individual permissions before granting them. We request only the minimum scopes needed for the features you enable:
- Google Search Console — we read your site’s search-performance data (search queries, clicks, impressions, and average ranking position) and URL indexing status, and we submit and manage your XML sitemap on your behalf. (OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters)
- Google Analytics — we read your website’s aggregated traffic and engagement metrics. This access is read-only. (OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly)
- Google Business Profile — we read your business information and customer reviews and, when you enable it, publish updates such as "What’s New" posts on your behalf. (OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage)
5. How we use Google user data
We use the Google data described above only to provide and improve the features you have enabled. Specifically, we use it to:
- Analyze your real search and traffic performance to build a keyword and content strategy for your business.
- Create content briefs, draft articles, and generate the pages our agents build for you.
- Monitor your published content against real Search Console ranking data and automatically refresh content that slips.
- Submit and maintain your sitemap so new pages are discovered and indexed.
- Publish updates to your Google Business Profile when you enable that feature.
- Produce the performance reports we send to you.
6. What we never do with Google user data
- We never use Google user data for advertising.
- We never use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. It is used only to deliver the features you have enabled for your own account.
- We never sell Google user data or share it with data brokers.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide the Service (for example, our infrastructure and AI subprocessors acting under contract on our behalf), to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
- We do not let humans read your Google user data, except: with your explicit consent for specific data; where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated or anonymized.
7. Limited Use disclosure
Unasystems’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. AI processing of your data
Unasystems is an automated platform. To build your strategy and generate content, performance data from your connected Google services — including search-performance metrics and the search terms your site ranks for — is processed by our automated systems and by third-party AI model providers acting as our subprocessors, solely to deliver the features you have enabled. We never transfer your Google OAuth credentials to these providers, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.
9. How we store and protect your data
We protect your data with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in our interface or logs. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS), access is isolated per tenant, and administrative access is limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
10. Revoking access and deleting your data
You are always in control of the Google access you have granted. You can:
- Revoke Unasystems’ access at any time from your Google Account’s permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there immediately stops any further access to your Google data.
- Ask us to delete the Google data we have stored for you, including the encrypted access and refresh tokens, by emailing info@unasystems.com. We honor these requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data by law.
- Close your account and request deletion of all associated data by emailing the same address.
11. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Stored Google tokens are retained until you revoke access or ask us to delete them, or until you close your account, after which they are deleted. We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
12. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers and subprocessors (such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI providers) that process data on our behalf to operate the Service.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Unasystems, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
13. Cookies
The Unasystems dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. The public websites we host for you are built to be fast and privacy-respecting and do not load advertising trackers; where analytics are used, they measure and improve site performance.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@unasystems.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
15. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
17. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@unasystems.com.
